Chrome and Firefox cannot open TCP 41784 themselves. The game page loads Ruffle and tunnels sockets over WebSocket on the HTTP port.
After a deploy you should see HTTP served / ... ruffle=yes when you open the game, then Proxy and World when you click a server.
Hard-refresh the game tab (Ctrl+Shift+R). If Flash is missing, the game page shows install steps for the Ruffle Flash Player web extension. Full instructions: /help.
Anyone can change the Club Penguin year from /timeline or in chat with !timeline, !next, !prev.
